Hospitality sector favours Billy Tannery’s leather

UK-based microtannery and leathergoods brand Billy Tannery has furthered its relationships with the hospitality sector by creating bespoke menus, coasters and bill presenters.

Founders Jack Millington and Rory Harker launched the leather business in 2016 after learning that goatskins were going to waste.

They said: “While designing bags and accessories is our bread and butter, working with the hospitality industry brings together everything that Billy Tannery stands for.

“Stopping British goatskins from ending up in landfill is our main concern. And so turning these beautiful hides into premium products for the UK’s restaurant scene brings us one step closer to completing the circle from food to leather.”

Billy Tannery has recently worked with London restaurant Akoko and Cotswolds-based Ox Barn on ranges including leather-bound menus.
