African leather committee replaces chairman

Wondu Legesse, director general of the Leather Industry Development Institute of Ethiopia, has been announced as the chairman of the Eastern and Southern Africa’s Leather and Leather Products Institute.

He replaces Tobias Mulimbika Mirza, Zambia’s director of industry.

Mr Legesse's term will run until next June and will host the next board meeting in Ethiopia.
