Brazilian design initiative Design na Pele (DNP), which aims to promote innovation through fashion and design, will feature in a special lecture at Inspiramais Winter 2017.

Design na Pele: a meeting between the technical excellence and the creative diversity of the Brazilian leather industry will take place on June 27 at the event in Sao Paulo and will detail the creative process behind the initiative’s latest project ‘Escritas’ (‘Writings’) and will launch the DNP’s third edition. Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB) executive president José Fernando Bello will be responsible for the launch.

“Design na Pele has brought tanneries together, bringing surprising results. During Inspiramais we’ll share everything we’ve experienced and what we’re planning for this year’s edition”, says Rafael Andrade, curator of ‘Escritas’.
