CICB and four tanners to represent Brazil at Interzum

Four Brazilian tanners have signed up to go, confident that their leather will attract the attention of the designers and buyers from all over the world who will be in attendance.
Participation at Interzum, which takes place every two years, is part of wider project called Brazilian Leather, run by CICB in conjunction with export promotion agency Apex-Brasil, with the aim of boosting business in overseas markets for the industry in Brazil.
In the build-up to the event, CICB president, José Fernando Bello, said: “Interzum is one of the most important exhibitions in the world for anyone producing leather for the furniture segment. CICB will be there with these four Brazilian companies to show that we can compete in this market.”
The four tanning companies who will have a presence at Interzum are Fuga Couros, Indústria de Peles Minuano, JBS Couros and Luiz Fuga Indústria de Couros.
