Italian politician Mussolini hopes to support tanners at EC level

Tanners association Assoconciatori reiterated its position that the industry needs supporting at a European level.
Its president, Franco Donati, said: "We are committed to constant investments and doing business according to standards of excellence. But only when are our efforts are embedded in law will we have power in a global context, which is becoming increasingly difficult.”
Ms Mussolini, a member of the European Parliament, said she hoped they could establish a constant dialogue “so that I may know the specific issues”.
