Richemont committed to leathergoods brands

This strong performance was driven by the group’s jewellery maisons, which saw a collective increase in revenue of 11%.
Richemont made no direct reference to its sales of leathergoods but said there had been growth in sales at the Montblanc, Chloe and Lancel brands.
Following the release of these results, Reuters quoted “a source close to the company” as saying that Richemont is committed to keeping leathergoods brands Lancel and Dunhill, both of which have recently undergone extensive restructuring. According to Reuters, first results at Dunhill following this process are promising.
