Stahl Campus offers performance coatings training course

Leather chemicals manufacturer Stahl has added a course to its knowledge and training initiative, the Stahl Campus. The new programme is dedicated to performance coatings.

The Stahl Campus was created in 2014. It is open to tanners and to buyers of leather in the automotive, fashion and furniture industries. It aims to offers insight into the leather production chain, including sustainable practices and cooperation in the chain. 

The performance coatings training course will be delivered by Stahl trainers, who will share their knowledge about sustainable alternatives in performance coatings along the supply chain. Stahl said it is suitable for representatives from the automotive, fashion and furniture industries. 

“By providing the right knowledge and education to both professionals and future talents, we accelerate the process of making the leather and performance coating supply chain more sustainable”, explained Huub van Beijeren, CEO of Stahl.

It will be available at the Stahl Campus facilities in the Netherlands, Mexico and China. The company also offers in-house training at client locations.
