Stahl unveils sustainable leather finish portfolio
Leather chemicals group Stahl has introduced Stahl Neo, a sustainable leather finish portfolio that allows tanners to produce leather articles in a way that is compliant with the environmental standards of the industry. 

The 400 products in the portfolio all comply with the Zero Discharge Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL). They also exceed these guidelines as they target an even wider range of chemical substances. Stahl plans to add more products to the portfolio in the future.

“The launch of Stahl Neo is a logical step to contribute to a more transparent and sustainable supply chain,” said Huub van Beijerin, CEO of Stahl. “This product portfolio is interesting for tanneries that value health, the environment and the future of their business.”
