CLIA awards 155 scholarships

The China Leather Industry Association (CLIA) has granted scholarships to 155 students from three universities.

Awards ceremonies took place at Qilu University of Technology, Shanxi University of Science and Technology and Sichuan University, according to the association’s website.

Deputy secretary-general of the CLIA, Chen Zhanguang, said he hopes the young people will promote leather’s positive message as they forge careers in the industry.
