Fendi expands Hainan retail footprint
Roman luxury fashion and leathergoods brand Fendi, owned by LVMH, recently celebrated the opening of a 170-square-metre boutique within China Duty Free Group (CDFG)’s Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex in China’s Hainan province.
The retail space, which already stocks the label’s autumn-winter 2021 women and men’s collections, expands upon Fendi’s earlier footprint within the mall.
Articles from the new Fendi First series of handbags also feature prominently, as does jewellery.
CDFG told reporters that the revamp signified a new chapter in its work alongside Fendi, illustrating its ability to keep pace with the brand’s own progression, while further strengthening the retailer's push into the fashion and luxury spheres.
