Chennai Designers’ Fair to return in 2018

India’s Council for Leather Exports (CLE) will hold the third edition of its Designers’ Fair in Chennai from February 1 to 3. The event will run in parallel with the 2018 India International Leather Fair.

The fair offers designers the opportunity to display their products to Indian manufacturers and exporters of leather, leather products and footwear.

The 2017 Designers’ Fair welcomed 34 overseas designers and 8 Indian designers and institutions. It was attended by 375 business visitors, generating business worth more than $500,000. 

CLE aims to bring 45-50 designers to this year’s fair, which is expected to attract around 300 business visitors.
