Brazil achieves “remarkable landmark” at IILF
13/02/2017
CICB described this figure as a “remarkable landmark”. It surpassed the $2.96 million generated in 2016 and represents a substantial increase compared to the result in 2015, which came in at just $400,000.
The CICB added that this performance highlights India’s potential as a strong target market for leather made in Brazil.
Rogério Cunha of CICB’s commercial intelligence department said the achievement is the result of “collective work by companies” and “well-executed actions co-ordinated by the Brazilian leather sector”.
