Mercedes-Benz sees strong sales growth in May

So far in 2017, it has delivered 934,965 cars to customers, 14.3% more than at this point last year. The company said it has sold more vehicles in the first five months of the year than ever before in Europe, the NAFTA region (US, Canada and Mexico) and the Asia-Pacific region.
In May, sales in Europe increased 13.7%, sales in the Asia-Pacific region jumped 24.5% and sales in the NAFTA region were 1.4% higher.
Mercedes-Benz said it was the premium brand with the most new registrations in Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, Taiwan, the US, Canada and Mexico in May.
