APLF: Country pavilions to increase 25% as organisers expect buyers ‘in droves’

07/01/2016
With leather prices at recent lows and huge supplies of leather populating warehouses, it is only a matter of time before shoe manufacturers return to using leather, according to organisers of the Asia Pacific Leather Fair.

The expect buyers “in their droves” for the next edition, March 30 to April 2, in Hong Kong.

Brazil, Italy and Spain have increased their pavilion sizes by up to 25%, while the Focus Country will be Turkey.

The fair combines MM&T (Materials, Manufacturing and Technology) and Fashion Access, a finished goods focused event.

World Leather will also be hosting its Tannery of the Year gala dinner on the sidelines of the event. For details or to buy tickets contact Simon Yarwood on simon@worldtrades.co.uk.
