Grants are available through The Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust, which is helping hundreds of families who have been affected by furlough, lost income and redundancy. 

The grants, which do not have to be repaid, can be used to buy items such as essential clothing, school uniform, bedding and furniture.

To apply, one parent/carer must have worked for a UK fashion or textile company for at least one year, within the last nine years.

Their service is confidential and free to access.
