UK leather institution offers covid hardship grants

The UK-based Leather & Hide Trades' Benevolent Institution (LHTBI) is making a covid hardship grants available for UK-registered leather industry businesses that need extra support.

It is offering one-off financial assistance payments of between £500 and £2,000 towards “essential living expenses”. 

The LHTBI was founded in 1860 for the purpose of providing the financial "relief of necessitous persons" in the leather industry.
