The company explained that this new facility will be used to create custom leathers that meet new trends as well as those that represent the traditional Indian market. A display room features a permanent leather collection, illustrating the latest trends in order to inspire vistors and encourage customers to adopt new effects on their own leathers.
TFL was represented at the opening ceremony by Diganta Ghosh, head of sales for India, and Roberto Italian, global head of sales for shoes, upholstery and leathergoods. In addition, TFL fashion consultant Emanuele Zamponi and Roberto Borgia from TFL's technical centre for fashion finishing in Italy presented a trendy collection of leathers.
The Ranipet application centre will be led by Solomon Athiyamaan and his assistant Subramanian Pandyarajan.
