TFL to increase leather dye production capacity at its Mumbai plant

TFL said the expansion will increase its capacity to produce its Sellaset and Sella Fast dye products by 40%. The company said it was making the investment to maintain its ability to meet customer demand.
The change will also involve changes to the process for making these dyes in an effort to improve quality and consistency. TFL expects to complete the project in the first half of 2019.
Chief executive, Dr Peter Amann, said on making the announcement: “Our Mumbai facility has recently been operating at record production levels as TFL has successfully grown its global leather dyes business. I am delighted to announce this capacity expansion which will enable us to meet our customers’ increasing demand for high quality dyes.”
