The group opened its Tangier factory, one of two it runs in Morocco, in 2012, serving the domestic market and, in addition, exporting to 73 other countries.
Today, the plant operates in three eight-hour shifts per day, six days a week, with an annual production capacity of 340,000 vehicles. Half of all Dacias are produced in Morocco at either the Tangier plant or at a facility in Casablanca.
