Anteprima and Premiere Vision to coordinate dates

Exhibition organisers Anteprima and Premiere Vision have reached an agreement over the scheduling of preview events for leather products so that they don’t overlap in the future. Premiere Vision recently announced the creation of Blossom Premiere Vision, a new event to give sneak previews of upcoming fashion collections. The first edition of the event is scheduled to take place on July 6 and 7 and Paris, coinciding with the Anteprima by Lineapelle event taking place in Milan. 

The organisations have agreed that Anteprima will showcase the Autumn Winter 2017/18 pre-collections of leathers, fabrics, accessories and components for leatherwear, footwear and leather goods in Fiermilanocity on those dates. These items, apart from fabrics and components for apparel, will not be displayed at the simultaneous Blossom Premiere Vision event. Anteprima’s January 2017 edition will not be held and leather articles will be displayed at Blossom Premier Vision in Paris on December 13 and 14. 

In a joint statement, they explained that this agreement had been reached due to the current “delicate market” and to make it easier for exhibitors and visitors to choose the trade show that is more suitable for their needs. Once the arrangement has been trialled the organisers will decide whether to alter their approach in order to best serve their customers.
