Onwards and upwards for BMW

October sales of BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce totalled 191,651, an increase of 4% compared with same period last year.
BMW brand sales increased by 6.3% in October, with a total of 164,915 vehicles sold.
The group did not report sales for Rolls-Royce. In September, they were down 9% compared with 2014, blamed on the slowdown in China.
“Our sales continue to grow steadily in all regions of the world, despite ongoing volatility in some markets,” said group sales director Ian Robertson. “Customers around the world are responding very positively to the new BMW 7 Series, which has also just arrived in the showrooms, so we are expecting to see additional momentum towards the end of the year."
