Brazilian tanneries join ‘quality suppliers’ in Italy

Brazilian tanneries Best Brasil (OCM); JBS Couros and Nova Kaeru ExoticLeathers are joining international counterparts in Italy this week for the Lineapelle leather event, with the hope of raising their profiles as high-end suppliers.

José Fernando Bello, executive president of Brazilian tanners association CICB, said: “The Italian exhibition tends to gather high standard suppliers, the most innovative and design oriented people from all over Europe. Therefore, when we participate of such an event we show how competitive we can be.

“The idea is to not only generate business, but also to consolidate our image internationally, since the entire leather world has its eyes on the event.”

 The winter 2016/17 edition place between September 9 and 11 in Milan.
