Première Vision Leather, the former Cuir a Paris, kicks off this week in Paris (February 10 to 12), featuring 430 exhibitors.

A Brazilian delegation, led by the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB) and including tanneries Best Brasil, Fuga Couros and Nova Kaeru, has said they expect to do $4 million of business at the show.

CICB said: “At Premiere Vision Leather, leather is treated as it should be: a sophisticated material, of refined textures, forms and finishings, perfect for the production of elegant shoes, handbags and accessories.”

The collections from the Brazilian companies revolve around the theme “ostentation”.
