Pellepiu to showcase the love in leathergoods manufacture
Tanners, machinery companies, leather chemicals groups and leathergoods makers are gearing up for the second Florence-based Pellepiu, a show that highlights the skills and technology behind luxury leathergoods.

Around 80 exhibitors, mostly from the province of Florentine, will attend the event Fortezza Da Basso between 9 and 11 November. 

The programme includes seminars and workshops, with themes such as how to entice the next generation into the industry, and how to retain the “excellence that makes us famous and appreciated all over the world”.

The show is organised by RetePelle+, a network of companies established to “promote the area’s skills among international operators”.
