Gruppo Dani completes sustainability seminar programme

The seminars took place under the header "Environmental sustainability techniques applied along the leather supply chain". The project was financed with help from the European Social Fund.
The project was based on the idea that one company cannot bring about widespread change on its own. With this in mind, Gruppo Dani elected to work with three other leather supply chain participants – chemical company Corichem, tannery Conceria Laba, and shoe manufacturer Aku – to start tackling the issues facing the industry.
The seminars allowed the companies involved to present their own experiences and achievements with regards to sustainability, as well as serving as an opportunity to discuss and share views about the future of the Arzignano leather district.
