20/04/2017
Cutting technology provider Lectra brought its third annual automotive leather conference to a close on April 20. Almost 90 delegates attended, with major players in the automotive leather market well represented.

Audi and Volvo were among the original equipment manufacturers to send representatives to Bordeaux attend the event, while tanners were represented by senior figures from the Scottish Leather Group, Gruppo Dani, Lear-Eagle Ottawa, Tenerías Omega and others.

Lectra used the event to urge companies across the automotive leather value chain to embrace Industry 4.0, in which physical and digital parts of the business connect seamlessly, bringing important gains in efficiency and transparency.
