Infiniti, the luxury division of Japanese carmaker Nissan, has announced it has sold 104,512 vehicles so far in 2017, a 37% increase compared to at the same point last year.

In May, it sold 19,565 vehicles, a 9% improvement year-on-year. The company said it was the best ever May sales month for Infiniti in the Americas and Taiwan. 

So far in 2017, sales in the Americas are up 53%, sales in China are 15% higher, and sales in Asia and Oceania “remain strong, according to the company.
