The BMW Group saw a 2.3% increase in sales in October, delivering more than 196,000 vehicles worldwide during the month.

So far in 2016, the company has sold more than 1.9 million vehicles, a 5.8% increase compared to at the same point last year. 

October also saw an important milestone for BMW as it delivered its 100,000th electric vehicle. Almost half of these sales have taken place during 2016, with nearly 6,000 BMW i and BMW iperformance models sold in October alone.
