Aston Martin opens luxury goods boutique
Luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin is opening a store in the Mayfair area of London, where it will sell luxury items including handbags, leather jackets and sunglasses.

The store at 8 Dover Street, which was designed by Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s chief creative officer, will also host design classes and art exhibitions.

Aston Martin has partnered with UK menswear brands Hackett to create a range of leather jackets, clothes and gloves. The range will be introduced alongside one of the company’s DB models at Hackett’s central London store. There are also leather weekend bags, laptop holders and cases, with more items being developed.

The most expensive item in the boutique is a hand-crafted crocodile skin handbag featuring 24 carat gold Aston Martin wings, which is on sale for £15,000.

At the centre of the shop will be displayed Aston Martin’s latest models, with visitors also able to see the leather and paint colour options available.
