Kazakhstani delegation visits Assoconciatori

A delegation of 20 business people from Kazakhstan visited the Tuscan Tanners' Association Assoconciatori as part of a project promoted by the Embassy of Kazakhstan to develop new business opportunities in Italy.

The event was supported by the Italian-Kazakh Chamber of Commerce, whose president Paolo Ghirelli thanked Assoconciatori, suggesting the visit could be followed by an exchange visit.

The southern area of Kazakhstan is a region characterised by agricultural and mining industries and is enhancing its infrastructure and setting up six large industrial zones.

The Chamber of Commerce said it hoped commercial relationships could be developed between the Kazakh livestock sector and the tanners.
