Conceria Montebello and Hugo Boss to outline Product Passports requirements
Representatives from tannery Conceria Montebello and fashion group Hugo Boss will be among experts discussing Digital Product Passports (DPP) at a sustainability conference in Italy this week.

Luca de Iulis, marketing director at Conceria Montebello (pictured); Alberto Lampis, strategic sourcing raw materials specialist at Hugo Boss; Augusto Rosi, operations manager at Max Mara Fashion Group; and Matteo Uliassi, CEO of textiles maker Achille Pinto, will outline what the DPP will mean for the fashion industry.

The EU Strategy for Sustainable and Circular Textiles, published in March last year, envisages that DPPs will become mandatory for textiles sold in Europe by 2030.

The 4sustainability On the Road 2023 event, now in its 10th edition, will be held in Prato on September 14.
