Change in China for Rolls-Royce Motors
Automotive group Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has appointed a new regional director for China, with Anthony Zhao taking up the role on June 1, replacing Leon Li, who has left the company.
It said China was one of the world’s leading luxury markets and of “crucial strategic significance” to Rolls-Royce Motors.
Mr Zhao was head of sales in southern China for the BMW Brilliance joint venture.
“Anthony has a deep understanding of the region and the ultra-high-net-worth Chinese luxury consumers, whose unique tastes and appetite for highly bespoke products attract them to Rolls-Royce’s model range,” his new company said.
