CSCB said this “milestone” demonstrates progress in the sector - Courovale has achieved the Gold seal since 2018. Assessments include demonstrating ideas and innovations that can inspire the sector.

Courovale’s administrative manager, Solange Pauletti, said: "This achievement strengthens our credibility with the national and international markets.”

The Brazilian Leather Sustainability Certification (CSCB) was created by Brazilian leather supply chain industry and is supported by the Brazilian Leather project – a partnership between leather association CICB and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil).
