Brazilian tanning industry body CSCB will hold its 2020 Sustainability Forum on December 9 and 10. This year, the event will be online and free. Its theme will be ‘Connecting brands and people’.

Overseas trade and investment promotions agency Apex-Brasil will co-organise the event with CSCB and tanning group JBS Couros and leather chemicals company Smit & Zoon will be gold sponsors.

Speakers will include Smit & Zoon sales technician Cristofer Burkhard, who will present the Zeology tanning system that the company launched recently, and Antonella Bertagnin from Lineapelle, who will give a presentation on trends for the winter 2021-2022 season. Industry consultant David Peters will projections for the global leather industry.
