Crowdfunding for Metcha passes $1 million

The crowdfunding for the second phase of youth-focused leather marketing campaign Metcha has now passed $1 million.

In December, the campaign reached $700,000 but the “ever growing list of supporters” has enabled the boost that will “allow Leather Naturally to carry on the project without interruptions” while continuing fundraising efforts.

The Metcha funding team, Egbert Dikkers, Dietrich Tegtmeyer, Fernando Bellese, said: “It is important to emphasise the continuity of this project was only possible due to the engagement and support from a leading group of companies that have stepped forward to fund this much-needed initiative.”
