Montblanc goes back to its roots for first smartwatch

20/03/2017
Luxury goods brand Montblanc, which has a strong heritage in watchmaking, has taken a step into the future with the release of the Summit, its first smartwatch.

It takes its inspiration from Montblanc’s 1858 analogue watch collection. The company has stayed true to the style and design of this collection, with the opportunity for the customer to choose from seven unique faces that have been borrowed from the 1858 set.

The faces can be paired with a range of leather straps, including black calf leather, blue and brown Tuscan leather, and alligator leather.

The Summit will go on sale online in the US and UK at the beginning of May. It will then be progressively rolled out in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, India, South Africa, Mexico and Australia by the end of July.
