Mulberry’s finance director steps down
The finance director of British leathergoods company Mulberry has stepped down but will remain with the company until June to ensure a smooth transition.
Roger Mather’s departure is the latest in a string of high profile moves at the company. In March, Thierry Andretta was named as CEO, while in June, the commercial director Steven Newey left take up the position of CEO at footwear brand Harrys of London.
Chairman Godfrey Davis said: "The board would like to express its thanks to Roger for his valuable contribution to the group over the past eight years, during which time we have nearly quadrupled our turnover."
