UK-based Colomer Munmany has bought Zivana Skins, a lambskin tannery based in Yorkshire that has a turnover of £2.2 million.

Colomer Munmany is owned by Henan Prosper, a China finalist for Tannery of the Year, featured in the latest issue of World Leather.

Henan supplies to global footwear brands including UGG, Timberland and Nike.
