Reports from Eritrea say the owner of Keih Bahri Tannery donated sports gear worth 125,000 Nakfa ($12,000) to community football teams in the capital Asmara.

Tannery owner Berhane Asfaha said he felt it was the duty of local businesses and entrepreneurs to support community projects and called on others to follow suit.
