LERIG 2014 to focus on clean, green leather

Cleaner leather production and addressing wider environmental challenges will be the main themes at the 2014 edition of the Leather Research Industry Get Together (LERIG) in Chennai on January 29-30.

Organised each year in the immediate build-up to the India International Leather Fair in Chennai, LERIG aims to provide a platform for discussion of ideas that are of common interest to leather’s research community. India’s Central Leather Research Institute (CSIR-CLRI) is the body behind it.
