Metal shines brightly in new Delvaux collection

This emphasis on metals means the handbags in the collection contain silver and gold accents, snake chain stitching and metal frames to give “strong silhouettes and a jewellery-like quality to the entire collection”.
In terms of colours, there are what Delvaux has called “gorgeously rich green, purple and pink hues” that deliver “depth and opulence”.
Established in the Belgian capital in 1829, Delvaux lays claim to be the oldest luxury leathergoods brand in the world, having operated continuously for almost 190 years.
