Luxury group Kering has become a contributor to the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) group, which campaigns for hazardous substances to be eliminated from waste streams in the fashion supply chain by 2020.

Established in 2011, the group now has more than 20 brands and retailers as contributors to its work.

“By joining the programme, Kering has committed to widespread implementation of sustainable chemistry, wastewater management, and environmental best practices,” ZDHC said in a statement.
