IULTCS extends deadline for abstract submissions for 2015 congress

People interested in speaking at the event now have until May 10, 2015 to submit abstracts. IULTCS has said academic contributions should address subjects linked to innovation and sustainability in the leather production chain.
The thirty-third edition of the IULTCS Congress will take place in Novo Hamburgo from November 24-27. Local organiser, ABQTIC (the Brazilian Association of Leather Industry Technicians and Chemists), has said it looks forward to welcoming professionals, industry representatives, academic experts and students from more than 25 countries.
“We have extended the deadline due to high demand,” explained Etevaldo Zilli, executive director of ABQTIC, on making the announcement. “In the academic world, there’s a lot being produced in terms of leather, and people are willing to share their work.”
