Stahl to support tanneries at new Centre of Excellence for upholstery
Chemical group Stahl has opened a Centre of Excellence for leather furniture upholstery in Germany’s Leinfelden, from which it says it will support the entire supply chain: tanneries, leather traders and brands.

“The decision to open a Centre of Excellence is in line with our position as an industry leader in the furniture upholstery segment,” said Xavier Rafols, director of leather finish.

The centre will become the base for customer trials, a development centre for new products, and a showroom for the latest technology and articles that represent consumer trends.
