Penélope Cruz chooses Versace leather trench-coat for film première

At the event in Rome on November 5, Ms Cruz wore the knee-length coat buttoned up and with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows. For the celebration afterwards she changed into a long, turquoise evening gown, also by Versace, but the leather coat look at the showing of the film, called Venuto al Mondo in the original Italian version, was the one that won most approval.
