Fifth Altagamma Club opens
The business association that promotes luxury brands producing in Italy, Altagamma, has opened a new chapter of its Altagamma Club.
It now has five of these clubs around the world, in locations with substantial numbers of high-net-worth consumers who have a deep appreciation of what the organisation has called "Italian-made excellence".
It opened its first Altagamma Club in Amsterdam in 2018 and followed this up with a club in Shanghai in 2019. These were followed by the New York club, which opened in 2022, and the Dubai club, which started in March 2023. The fifth location on the list is Tokyo, with the latest club opening there on October 4.
President of Altagamma, Matteo Lunelli, said the new Tokyo club would aim "to promote Italian creativity, quality, excellence and lifestyle more directly and more effectively in what has long been a key market for our industry."
