Bids invited for projects to upgrade Korangi treatment plant

The Pakistan Tanners’ Association (PTA) has opened a bidding process for international and local engineering firms to compete for the work required to improve the common effluent treatment plant at the Korangi tanning cluster, near Karachi.

Companies can bid for two separate pieces of work: upgrading the common effluent treatment plant itself and laying new pipes at the site to improve the flow of the wastewater into and out of the plant. A tender. Fee of $50 is required for each bid.

Bids must be received by September 17.
