Italian excellence on show in Shanghai

Representatives of important Italian trade events, including Lineapelle, Micam and Mipel, have travelled to Shanghai to take part in the China International Import Expo (CIIE).

Their participation is led by Confindustria Moda, the federation of Italian fashion, textile and accessory companies. This joint association was launched in 2017.

The groups attending the exhibition, which runs from November 5-10, are promoting the best of ‘Made in Italy’ from the footwear, leathergoods, materials and accessories sectors. 

Confindustria Moda has organised this visit in an effort to expand the range of potential Chinese buyers for Italian products. The trade fair representatives occupy stands in a dedicated Italian pavilion at CIIE.
