Farfetch floats on New York Stock Exchange

Specialist e-commerce platform for the luxury fashion industry Farfetch has launched an initial public offering of its shares on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Portuguese company said a total of 44.2 million class A ordinary shares in the company were up for sale at $20 per share.

It expects to close the offering on September 25.
