New UK managing director for Lanxess

He replaces Kim O’Connor, who is retiring on October 31 after more than 40 years at Lanxess and Bayer, the company from which Lanxess was spun off in 2004.
Mr Perez has been country representative and managing director of Lanxess India since May 2014. He has also held the position of chief financial officer of Lanxess India Private Limited since 2013.
Lanxess has around 350 employees in the UK. As well as its UK head office in Newbury, it has five production sites in the country.
